Returns & Cancellation Policy
 
Cancellation and Return of Goods

If you are not happy with your goods or have simply changed your mind you must return your items in original packaging to us by recorded delivery. We operate a 14 day cancellation policy which means your cancellation period begins the day after you have physically received your goods. So you have 14 days beginning the day after you have received your goods in which to notify us via email that you would like to cancel your order and return your item. You then have a further 14 days in which to return the goods to us to the returns address below:

How to Cancel your Order:

To cancel your order once received please email us at sales@gamesandparty.com and ask us to email you a Returns Authorisation Number. Please let us know your order number, full name and what goods you wish to return, along with your reason. Once we have emailed you back with a Returns Authorisation Number please return your goods within 14 days to the return address below - please include a note with your return stating your return authorisation number and full name.

Please note that goods returned after the period stated above will not be accepted as a return. It will be the duty of the buyer to repay postage to have the item resent back out if this occurs.
Please note when returning goods a full refund will be provided (not including buyers postage cost to re-send the item back to us).  Items must be sent by Recorded Delivery to ensure goods are trackable. No responsibility will be taken by Games and Party for items that have been returned by Customers which have been lost in the post.
Items cannot be returned if the item has been opened from sealed contents (e.g brand new sealed products) ,worn, damaged, is incomplete or is not in the original packaging. The packaging must be in the same condition as sent with no rips or tears to it, or repairs. 
For reasons of hygiene, underwear including novelty pouches cannot be returned once opened unless the product/s is/are faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality. 
Please also note that consumers will lose their right to cancel if they unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Please Note: We have a right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement (or charge a customer) if he/she has been found to have diminshed the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. For example: if a consumer returns a costume, which you can see has clearly been worn then the consumer has not acted reasonably and we can make a deduction up to the contract price for diminishing the value.

Items Not Called / Signed For:

All orders returned to us by our courier that have not been delivered because of any of the following reasons outlined below will be subject to a 30% reduction on the total refund price. This is non negotiable as it costs us money to send out these items meaning we incur costs when items are returned to us by our courier:
Addressee has gone away, No answer, Address incomplete, Address inaccessible, Addressee unknown, Refused or Not Called For.
In any of the above instances an email will firstly be sent to the customer asking if they wish to pay to have the parcel to be re-sent. The second option will be to have a refund minus 30%.

Exchanges:

If an exchange is required and all terms and conditions have been met regarding the condition of the returned item for an exchange then an exchange will be processed. The customer will have to pay to return the unwanted item to us and to have the required item sent out. The customer will be invoiced for the postage and packaging amount (recorded delivery) before item dispatch.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment of Refunds

If you do not require an exchange and, where all conditions have been satisfied, Games and Party will refund your account by the denomination by which the order had been paid inconjunction with our returns policy within 14 days beginning the day after we have received your item back to us in accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Substitution

If an item is not available for any reason, in certain cases Games and Party reserves the right to send a close substitute. Should the substituted product not be acceptable, and the cancellation process observed, there would be no charges for the return of goods.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Colours

Certain fabrics reflect light differently depending on lighting conditions which may result in apparent colour variations shown in the catalogue. Therefore colours shown should be used only as guide.
Accessories may vary in colour therefore colours of accessories shown in pictures should be used only as a guide, as accessories may be different in colour from the picture shown.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order you must do so before your order has been dispatched in order to gain a full refund. Cancellations will not be accepted once an order has been dispatched.
